Where do I catch my shuttle?
The shuttle pick up is 202 Day Avenue opposite the Fresh Air Cafe. Please ensure you arrive early and no later that 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time. While a day pass guarantees you a seat, we reserve the right to fill the spot if you are not shuttling. This helps us keep our costs down.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel 5 days before your shuttle day. Any other time we will gladly refund you if we can fill your spot subject to an admin fee and any credit card surcharges.
Are there bathroom facilities?
Yes! Omeo Mountain Bike Park offers great facilities at the trailhead featuring toilets and showers - plus a bike wash and maintenance station. Extra public facilities can be found at the corner of Tongio road and Great Alpine Road.

Where is the nearest hospital?
Omeo is a remote, regional town with limited emergency facilities. We recommend riding to your abilities but also know from first hand experience that accidents happen. For emergency assistance dial 000, for the walking wounded your first stop should be Omeo Hospital who will recommend a course of action. Note - there is no emergency department in Omeo. All our drivers are trained in basic first aid.
Why do I need to sign a waiver?
Mountain biking carries inherent risks and we want to be sure we all understand who is responsible for what. We commit to carrying you and your bike to Sam Hill Trailhead. You are responsible for securing your own bike on the trailer and following instructions given by our drivers. We can’t provide recommendations for trails as we don’t know your skill, we can tell you what we like (may take a while). For our full waiver please refer here.
What happens in bad weather?
Omeo is a year round mountain bike park. We do get bad weather and sometimes the trails will require maintenance because of it. We reserve the right to cancel at any time due to bad weather for safety reasons.
Where can I park?
Omeo is a small town so please be considerate where you park. Avoid parking in Day Avenue where you may interfere with the passing trade for the retailers, instead please consider parking at the Livingstone Park trailhead (only a couple of minutes walk/ride from our pick up spot) or in Short Street or Tongio Road.
